REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds and Cancellation are available up to 12 Noon two business days prior to the event. For example, if the luncheon event is scheduled for a Wednesday, then a cancellation and refund will be issued up to Monday 12 noon prior. If the event was scheduled on a Monday, then a cancellation and refund will be issued up to Thursday 12 noon prior. Any person of the registrant’s choosing may substitute for a registrant who is unable to attend by giving notice of such substitution at the door at the time of the event. No prior notice is required and no adjustment in cost is required. There will be no refund for a registrant who reserves a place for the event, does not show, and never gives notice prior to the event.
For Annual Meeting registration, a refund may be issued up to the deadline date indicated on the registration form and/or website. Any person of the registrant’s choosing may substitute for a registrant who is unable to attend by giving notice of such substitution before the deadline date. There will be no refund for a registrant who reserves a place for the event, does not show, and never gives notice prior to the event. Third party reservations for Annual Meeting such as hotel, etc… will not be the same as the SPEE Annual Meeting registration date – the hotel or other cancellation policy will apply. Refunds for special events (gala dinner and member/spouse/guest events) at the Annual Meeting are at the Annual Meeting Chairman’s discretion as each event has its own deadline for reservations and payment prior to the start of the Annual Meeting event; however, a substitute for the paid event is permitted.
