As investors push producers toward a cash flow neutral state, the demand for partnership capital to allow operators to achieve full-scale development plans is robust. With increasingly limited access to stable capital, the upstream space has seen an increase in firms looking to partner with top-tier operators from a non-operated perspective. As capital efficiency remains at the forefront of concerns for banks and investors alike, discipline will play a key role in value creation. This talk discusses how we got here – spacing issues, leverage levels and pricing pressures – and the opportunity it presents for non-op and new entrants.

Prior to co-founding Glendale, Vignesh was a Partner at Millennial Energy Partners where he led Millennial’s entry into the STACK play.
